FAQs Refresh the Camping Spirit

1. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?   All items are subject to a handling period before they are shipped. . 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-3 days of payment.  It varies by products purchased.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
It varies by items purchased.  T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. For other specialty items, please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time. Some items will be shipped and arrive in 2 days.
3. WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in North America,  a few specialty items are sent internationally. You will be notified of any delays.
4. WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. 5. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards through Shopify’s encrypted Check-Out System.  At this time, we do not accept Paypal. When you are taken to the Secured Cart, you are protected in the authorize.net system. Your information will never be shared outside this purchase.
6. RETURNS
You need to notify us at: help@refreshthecampingspirit.com within 3 days of receiving the delivery that there is a problem. Damaged items through shipping will be replaced at no cost to you. I will need a photo of the damaged delivery and/or item by email. Once that is approved the return process will be initiated and you will be given the next instructions on a refund.
*Customer will have to cover their own shipping cost unless the item is damaged. You will be issued a “return authorization number” to initiate the return process. Items must be returned in the original new condition and in the original shipping box or it will not be eligible for refund.

7. "View on Amazon" message? .  To improve the customer's experience and choices on our site. . .  we have worked out a partnership with Amazon for this site so that we can offer their great prices to you and and can have more products available.  The products where you will be redirected to their site for payment are clearly labeled in the "add to cart" area of the website.
